摘要 针对现有的移动式喷灌设备在运用和管理上存在的管道拆装不便、费时费力以及造价较高等诸多问题 ,为了促进喷灌技术的不断提高与发展 ,研制了旋转式喷灌机。阐述旋转式喷灌机的设计原理 ,介绍已设计出的 2种喷灌机及其性能 ,并将其特点与支管移动式喷灌系统进行了比较 ,该喷灌机具有成本低、移动方便、操作简单、维修方便、整机工作效率高、喷灌均匀性好和实用性强等特点 。 Water saving irrigation is very important to achieve agriculture sustainable development in China. Aiming at the inconvenience of pipe mounting and dismounting, time_and_labor consuming and high cost in the operation and management of potable sprinkler irrigation equipment, rotational sprinkler irrigation machine is developed in order to disseminate water_saving irrigation technique and promote enhancement and development of sprinkler irrigation technique. This paper briefly presents the design principle of rotational sprinkler, and gives performance parameters of 2 types of rotational sprinkler. Moreover, this paper compares the characteristics of rotation sprinkler with that of lateral_pipe portable sprinkler irrigation system. The comparison results show that rotational sprinkler irrigation machine has the merits of low cost, convenient for moving, easy to operate, simple to maintain, and high working efficiency of the whole machine, high uniformity, and practical in use. Hence rotational sprinkler machine will have a broad application foreground.
