不同条件电针及其与曲马多合用对佐剂关节炎大鼠镇痛作用的比较 被引量:3

摘要 目的 观察不同条件下电针治疗慢性炎症疼痛的的作用差别 ,为进一步改进针药结合治疗炎症痛的操作提供实验依据。方法 在佐剂关节炎大鼠模型上 ,采用辐射热缩腿反射的方法 ,以痛敏分数作为观察指标 ,每日分别针刺致炎侧、对照侧的“环跳”(GB30 )与“阳陵泉”(GB34) ,观察电针 2 4 h后痛敏分数变化 ,比较两侧穴位的镇痛效应 ;比较不同时间间隔 (每日或隔日 )电针及其与曲马多合用的镇痛效应。结果 电针致炎侧、对照侧的 GB 30与 GB 34连续 7d,大鼠的痛敏分数均显著提高 ,但电针两侧穴位的镇痛效应比较无显著性差异 ;每日电针累计 7次、隔日电针累计 4次以及这两种电针间隔与曲马多合用 ,大鼠的痛敏分数均显著提高。结论 分别针刺致炎侧或对照侧的 GB30与 GB34对关节炎大鼠的镇痛作用相似 ;隔日电针与小剂量曲马多合用具有显著的协同效应 ,与每日电针合用曲马多相比 。 Objective To explore the optimal interval parameter of electro acupuncture (EA) for simplifying the procedure of acupuncture balanced analgesia in treating adjuvant monoarthritis in rats. Methods In complet e Freund's adjuvant (CFA) induced arthritis rats, hyperalgesia score was assesse d by testing the bilateral paw withdrawal latency (PML) from radial heat stimulu s and calculating the difference. For comparing the EA analgesic effect of the i psilateral and contralateral acupoints, daily EA (30 min) was administered to “ Huantiao” (GB 30) and “Yanglingquan”(GB 34) acupoints. To investigate the ana lgesic effects of repeated EA with different interval, EA was administered every day or every other day. EA with different interval was also combined with tramad ol (i.p. 10 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 ) to compare the synergic effects. Results The hyperalgesia score was increased 7 days after the repeated daily EA stimulation indicating the analgesic effect. No significant difference between the EA effects of ipsilateral and contralateral acupoints was observed. EA applied daily or every other day showed similar analgesic effect. Compared t o daily EA, EA applied every other day can similarly enhance the analgesic effec t induced by tramadol. Conclusion EA stimulation to the acupoin ts ipsilateral and contralateral to the hand limb with CFA induced monoarthritis have similar analgesic effect in rats; Repeated administration of EA at differe nt interval has same analgesic effect; To apply EA at longer interval (every oth er day) is feasible in enhancing tramadol (i.p. 10 mg·kg -1 ·d -1 ) in duced analgesia in rats.
