摘要
目的 从行为学和神经内分泌学角度探讨针刺风府穴改善拟痴呆小白鼠记忆障碍的机理 ,为针刺治疗老年性痴呆提供科学依据。方法 选用小白鼠 ,应用三氯化铝 (Al Cl3 )复制慢性铝中毒老年痴呆模型 ,以拟痴呆小白鼠在 Y型电迷宫中达到正确反应的电击次数及脑组织中的单胺神经递质—— 5-羟色胺 (5- HT)、去甲肾上腺素 (NA)和多巴胺 (DA)的含量为观察指标。结果 针刺风府穴能明显改善拟痴呆小白鼠的记忆障碍 ,且能显著提高其脑组织中低下的 5- HT、NA、DA含量 ,疗效优于尼莫地平 (P<0 .0 5)。
Objective From the perspectives of praxiology and neuroendocrinology, this experiment stud ied the mechanism of memory improvement by needling Fengfu point (GV 16) in orde r to give scientific supports to treat Alzheimer's disease with acupuncture. Methods Senile dementia model is duplicated by AlCl 3 poison in mice. In this study, el ectric maze was used for carrying out praxiology test, and monoamine neurotransm itters such as 5 HT, NA, DA were determined. Results It was showed that acupuncture could improve dementia mouse's memory obviously a nd increase levels of 5 HT, NA, DA significantly, and it was of better effect t han that of nimodipine ( P <0.05). Conclusion One of the possible mechanisms to treat senile dementia is to improve and adjust monoamine neurotransmitter level by needling Fengfu (GV 16).
