会阴穴位于尿生殖三角与肛门三角交界中点 ,穴位深部毗邻许多重要生殖器官及肛门结构 ,血管神经密布 ,从皮肤至盆腹膜腔距离男性平均为 90 mm,女性平均为 80 mm;沿躯干长轴向颅侧垂直行针男性 3寸以内 ,女性 2 .5寸以内较为安全 。
