电针不同穴位对排卵障碍大鼠阴道细胞学检查及雌二醇水平的影响

Influence of Needling Different Acupoints on Vaginal Cytologic Examination and Levels of Estradiol in Rats of Ovulatory Disorder

目的 观察不同穴位针刺的促排卵作用。方法 大鼠丙酸睾丸酮造模 ,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、四肢穴组 (电针三阴交、合谷、昆仑 )、背俞穴组 (电针肾俞、肝俞、睥俞 )和局部穴组 (电针关元、中极、子宫 ) ,进行阴道涂片细胞学检查及雌二醇水平测定。结果和结论 模型组阴道细胞学检查以底层细胞为主 ,局部穴组以角化上皮细胞为主 ;雌二醇水平局部穴组较模型组显著升高 。

Objective To observe the action of needling different acupoint s in the promotion of ovulation. Methods Rats modeled by testosterone propionate were randomize d into normal group, model ,EA Ⅰ group in which electroacupuncture was performed at Sanyinjian (SP 6), Hegu (LI 4) and Kunlun (BL 60), EA Ⅱ group in which electroacupuncture was performed at Shenshu (BL 23), Ganshu (BL 18) and Pishu (BL 20), EA Ⅲ group in which electroacupuncture was performed at Guanyuan (CV 4), Zhongji (CV 3) and Zigong (EX CA 1). Vaginal cytologic examina tion was conducted and the level of estradiol was assayed. Results and Conclusion Model group was marked by basal cells, local point group by keratinized epithelial cells; the level of estradiol was o bviously higher in local point group than in model. It is concluded that needli ng local acupoints has better effects in the tratment of ovulatory disorder.
