摘要
目的:观察红景天生脉口服液抗实验性心律失常的作用。方法:采用氯仿、Adr、毒K、Bacl2建立小鼠,家兔,豚鼠,大鼠心律失常模型,分对照组,红景天生脉口服液组,慢心律组。结果:红景天生脉口服液能显著降低氯仿致小鼠室颤发生率;推迟及缩短Adr致家兔心律失常发生时间及持续时间,提高毒K致豚鼠心律失常剂量;降低Bacl2致大鼠心律失常发生率,减慢心率。效果类似慢心律。结论:HSY具有对抗实验性心律失常的作用。
Objective:To explore the effects of Rhodiola Shengmai oral liquid(HSY)on experimental arrhythmias.Method:Use CHCL3,adrenaline,toxic K,Bacl2to induce mouse,rabbit,guinea pig,rat arrhythmias models.The models were divided into control group,Rhodiola Shengmai oral liquid group and mexiletine group.Result:Rhodiola Shengmai oral liquid could decrease the occurrence rate ventricular fibrillation caused by CHCL3on mouse,postpone and shorten incidence time and duration of arrhythmia caused by Adr on rabbit,increase the dose of toxic K inducing arrhythmias on guinea pigs,decrease arrhythmia occurrence rates induced by Bacls and slow down rhythm on rats.Conclusion:Rhodiola Shengmai oral liquid(HSY)had effects on experimental arrhythmias.
