基因芯片在妇科肿瘤中的应用进展
摘要
基因芯片是近几年才发展起来的一项新型的生物技术,具有大规模、高通量、高速度、高自动化的优点,为科研和临床提供了强有力的研究工具。目前国内基因芯片的开发、研制和应用还处于刚刚起步阶段。现就基因芯片在妇科肿瘤基因突变检测、基因表达谱的研究、肿瘤的基因分型及妇科肿瘤的早期诊断、防治和疗效预测等方面的应用进展作一简要综述。
