生长因子在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及意义 被引量：8

摘要 生长因子是一类与组织、细胞生长发育有关的细胞因子,与许多肿瘤的发生发展有关。近年来发现子宫内膜癌组织合成的一些生长因子如血管内皮生长因子、胰岛素样生长因子、肝细胞生长因子、表皮生长因子、转化生长因子-β、成纤维细胞生长因子、血小板衍生的生长因子等也参与了子宫内膜癌发生发展的诸多过程,与子宫内膜癌的发展、转移及预后密切相关。
