胎盘分泌的多肽作为妊娠疾病标志物的研究进展
摘要
人类胎盘分泌大量的重要多肽、在整个妊娠期起复杂的平衡调控作用。妊娠疾病中这种平衡调控机能被破坏。阐述胎盘分泌的多肽物质:生长因子(GF)、瘦素(leptin)、促肾上腺皮质激素释放因子(CRF)、作用于血管的多肽如神经肽Y(NPY)等及与其相关的主要妊娠疾病的关系。胎盘肽类可作为潜在的标志物对妊娠疾病具有可靠、特异的诊断价值。
