摘要
目的 :研究太白茶挥发油的化学成分。方法 :太白茶的石油醚提取物经水蒸气蒸馏所得油状物 ,运用GC -MS技术 ,结合计算机检索对其化学成分进行分析和鉴定 ,用色谱峰面积归一法计算各组分的相对含量。结果 :鉴定了其中的 31个组分 ,占挥发油总量的 6 1.2 3%。结论 :首次报道了太白茶挥发油的化学成分。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the essential oil from the Thamnolia subuli W.Cuib. Methods:The essential oil was obtained by steam distillation from the extract using petroleum ether as solvent.The chemical components were separated and identified by GC-MS.The relative content was determined by area normalization.Results:31 peaks were identified representing 61.23% of the total contents.Conclusion:The study of essential oil from Thamnolia subuli W.Cuib.was reported for the first time.
