极大代数在柔性制造系统建模中的不适用性

摘要 正确地认识和描述一个问题,是解决问题的前提条件。一个良好的柔性制造系统(FMS)模型可以反映其结构特性和预测其动态运行状况,为分析评价FMS的技术经济效益提供必要的信息,并为FMS的规划设计和运行决策提供依据。极大代数理论是目前常用的FMS建模方法之一,通过对极大代数理论和相应的FMS模型的分析,作者认为基于极大代数理论的FMS模型与实际系统相距甚远,无法反映FMS的柔性和FMS的动态运行过程。因此,极大代数理论不适合FMS的建模分析。 To solve a problem,one must properly understand and represent the problem. A proper FMS model can reveal system structure and predict the performance of the flexible manufacturing system modelled .which will provide important information for the evaluation of the system,and support the decision-making in FMS design.planning and operation. The max -algebra is one of the methods commonly used for FMS modelling. However.aiter studying the max-algebra theory and related FMS models.we find that there is a considerable discrepancy between FMS models based on max-algebra and the oracticaS systems to be modeled. Therefore,models based on max-algebra can neither properly represent the flexibility of FMSs nor correctly reveal the dynamic operation of the systems. Consequently. we have reached the conclusion that max-algebra is not suitable for FMS modelling.
