高温工作下光纤探头热性能研究

摘要 为了用光纤对高温状态下的发动机叶片进行在线的振动测量,必须设计能耐高温的光纤探头。作为高温工作区与正常光纤的过渡接头。本文从理论上研究了接头在自然对流、热传导和热辐射的复合作用下探头上的温度分布问题,推导出了相应的计算公式。并且通过实验,给出了探头表面对6328A橙红激光的反射率随温度变化的曲线,以及高温壁板上垂直装置的杆件上的温度分布曲线。本文夹层气冷探头解决了高温探头的技术关键,即减少了自然对流中高环境温度和高温壁板的影响。 To measure the vibration of engine blades under high temperature using optical fiber, a high temperature resistant optical-fiber probe.which is used as the transitional connection from the high to the normal temperature work region of the optical fiber,must be designed. The temperature traverse on the probe,where convection,conduction and radiation exist,has been investigated theoretically,and the formulas are deduced. The reflectivity-temperature curve of the probe surface to 6328 A laser,and the temperature traverse curve of the staff installed perpendicularly on a high temperature wall-plate are given. The influences of high environmei. 1 temperature and radiation from high temperature wall-plate on the double-layered air cooling probe are greatly reduced and the key techniques of the high temperature probe are solved successfully.
