摘要
运用行政法学基本原理 ,结合防震减灾法律、法规和工作实际 ,初步分析探讨了防震减灾具体行政行为。
The preliminary analysis and discussions are made on the present situation and development trend of concrete and abstract administrative acts of earthquake preparedness and disaster mitigation, using the fundamental tenets of administrative law, combined with the laws and regulations of earthquake preparedness and disaster mitigation as well as the working practice.
