Review on Earthquake Countermeasures in the Earlier Period of China

回顾总结了我国建国以后至 1 987年地震对策所经历的 3个时期 :工程抗震对策时期、全民防灾对策时期和对策总结时期 ;概述了各个时期地震对策的主要特征 ,并对相关问题进行了讨论。

The three periods of earthquake countermeasures from the founding of the Peoples Republic of China to 1987 are reviewed and summarized, that is the period of engineering earthquake resistant countermeasures, the period of disaster preparedness of the whole people and the period of countermeasure summarizations; the main characteristics of earthquake countermeasures in the different periods are outlined; some problems associated with earthquake countermeasures are discussed.
