摘要
目的 :研究人参皂苷 Rg2 ( ginsenoside,Rg2 )对急性心源性休克犬心肌的保护作用。方法 :通过结扎冠状动脉左前降支 ( LAD)制备犬心源性休克模型 ,给予人参皂苷 Rg2 2、1 mg·kg-1 ;生脉 ( SM) 1 5 0 mg· kg-1 ,静脉注射 ,观察药物对心肌氧代谢和心肌超微结构的作用。结果 :静脉给予人参皂苷 Rg2 组与生理盐水对照组相比 ,心肌耗氧指数和心肌氧摄取率降低 ,心肌细胞超微结构明显好转。结论 :人参皂苷 Rg2
Objective: To investigate the effect of Rg 2 on oxygen metabolism of dog with acute cardiogenic shock and ultrastructure of myocyte. Methods: Models of acute cardiogenic shock were made by ligating left anterior descending branch of coronary artery(LAD). Rg 2 2,1 mg·kg -1 were injected respectively in order to observe the effects on oxygen metabolism of dog with acute cardiogenic shock. Results:iv. Rg 2 could reduce the exponent of oxygen consuming of myocardium and rate of oxygen intake of myocardium comparing with control group; ultrastructure of myocyte turned to normal. Conclusion:Rg 2 has therpaeutical effects on dogs with acute cardiogenic shock.
