摘要
目的 :探讨虚拟人体的研究方法和手段。方法 :选择一无器质性病变中年男性颅脑标本 ,采用冰冻刨削切片技术 ,间隔 1 mm作断层切片 ,经扫描仪、普通相机和数码相机摘取图像输入计算机 ,用自编软件处理平台重建颅脑三维结构。结果 :完成颅脑图像数据的采集工作 ,断面图像清晰 ;组建数据库 ,重建结构可任意放大或缩小 ,单独或叠加显示 ,并可任意角度旋转等。结论
Objective:To explore the techniques and instrument of reconstructed three dimension craniocerebral structure. Methods:A healthy middle aged Chinese male craniocerebral specimen was chosen, frozen seral sectioning technique was used, the thickness of section was 1 mm, the images was collected in scan maker and digital camera then the images were input into the computer, self designed software was used to process and reconstruction three dimension craniocerebral structure. Results:A digital craniocerebral image data library was built up, the images were very clear; then a database of virtual Chinese human craniocerebral structure was established,the reconstructed structure can be arbitrarily zoom in or zoom out,lone or superposition display or arbitrarily rotatory .Conclusion:A China human craniocerebral database was set up in the study.
