兔骺软骨细胞体外培养及其甲状腺素T_3诱导转化 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :探讨兔骺软骨细胞体外培养的方法、条件及甲状腺素 T3 诱导其转化的可行性。方法 :借鉴软骨细胞培养法进行兔骺软骨细胞体外培养 ,利用 T3 使其在体外发生转化 ,采用组织学、电镜、MTT比色法、免疫组化等多种手段动态检测细胞生长增殖情况。结果 :兔骺软骨细胞生长良好 ,合成了大量的软骨基质 ,同时也证实了 T3 可以诱导骺软骨细胞体外转化。结论 :兔骺软骨细胞可以体外培养 。 Objective:To explore the conditions of cultivating the epiphyseal plate cells of rabbit in vitro and the possibility of the transformational action of the thyroxin (T 3). Methods: By the techniques of cell culture in vitro , the culture in vitro of epiphyseal plate cells were performed and the cells were induced to transform in vitro by the use of thyroxin (T 3). The growth of the cells was checked up by applying the ways of histology, MTT assay, electron microscope and immunohistochemistry. Results: The results showed that the cells of epiphyseal plate proliferated well,increased actively and synthesized cartilage matrix; it also indicated that thyroxin could induce the cells of epiphyseal plate. Conclusion: The epiphyseal plate cells can be cultured in vitro and thyroxin has the action of transformation.
