川芎嗪对增殖性肾炎的疗效观察

Effect of Ligustrazine on Proliferative Glomerulonephritis

目的 :观察川芎嗪对增殖性肾炎的临床疗效。方法 :将 4 5例经肾活检证实肾组织均存在不同程度的肾小球系膜细胞增殖、肾小球硬化、微血栓形成等病理变化的患者 ,按临床表现、年龄、肾组织病变程度随机分为两组。对照组 2 0例 ,用激素、环磷酰胺、科素亚、潘生丁及常规内科对症支持治疗。治疗组 2 5例 ,在上述药物治疗基础上 ,加用生理盐水 10 0ml+盐酸川芎嗪 80mg ,静脉滴注 ,一天两次 ,三周为一个疗程 ,观察四周 ,结果 :治疗组治疗后 ,尿量、尿蛋白、血清白蛋白、尿红细胞、肌酐清除率等各项指标均得到改善 ,其中尿蛋白、血清白蛋白、血尿的改善与对照组治疗后相比差异有显著性。结论 :川芎嗪对增殖性肾炎有较好临床疗效 ,而且引起出血等副作用小 ,无需特别监护 ,便于临床使用。
