用几何非线性有限元研究密封式柔轮应力

摘要 将几何非线性理论引入密封式柔轮的应力分析,在微机上开发了板壳几何非线性有限元程序GNPS,并用该程序对密封式柔轮进行了计算,结果表明GNPS解和电测值基本相符。本文还导出了柔轮应力计算公式,算例表明,本文公式与实测结果吻合。 In this paper the theory of geometric nonlinearity is introduced to the stress analysis of sealed flexible-gear. A geometric nonlinear FEM software for plates and shells (GNPS) has been implemented with FORTRAN 77 at microcomputer, stresses of SFG are analyzed by using GNPS, and the theoretical predictions are in agreement with the experimental results. And then, new equations for evaluating stress components have been derived, which have been verified by the test results.
