CO_2激光焊接大白鼠食管吻合口增长的观察

摘要 目的:探讨未成年Wistar大白鼠食管组织激光焊接和方法缝合吻合口增长情况及原因。方法:分别采用低功率CO2激光焊接和手法缝合未成年大白鼠食管组织,术后不同时间取样做组织学检查,吻合口内径测量。结果:激光焊接食管组织损伤轻,吻合口修复快,瘢痕形成少。吻合口内径随着大白鼠体重增加(即食管增长)而明显增加。结论:激光焊接食管组织可随食管的增长而明显增长,有进一步研究逐渐临床应用的价值。 Objective To discuss the anastomotic results and causes of laser welding and manual suture of immature mice's esoph-agus tissues.Method:Suture immature mice's esophagus tissues respectively by low power CO 2 laser welding and suture.Get samples for histological examination and measuring internal radius at different postoperative periods.Result:When adapting laser welding,there are light tissue injure,quick repairment of suture sites,less scar formation.The internal radius of suturing of esophagus grows apparently with the increasing of mice weight.Conclusion:The portian of laser welding tissues grow with the esophagus growth.The further study on gradual application of this technique in clinical work is expected.
