老年急性心肌梗死143例临床特点的探讨

Clinical analysis on 143 senile acute myocardial infarction

目的:探讨老年急性心肌梗死(AMI)的临床特点。方法:通过对143例65岁以上老年AMI患者与210例41～64岁及15例40岁以下AMI患者进行了临床对比分析。结果:≥65岁组女性患者明显高于41～64岁及≤40岁两组;≥65岁组发病时非典型胸痛,合并心力衰竭、心源性休克、室性心律失常及病死率均明显高于41～64岁及≤40岁两组。结论:老年AMI临床症状多不典型,合并症、伴发症及病死率均高于41～64岁及≤40岁两组。

Objective To investigate the clinical features of senile AMI.Method There are three groups:senile group(143cases,with the age more than65),middle-age group(24cases,age from41to64years),young group(less than40),which are then com-pared and analyzed.Results The incidence of senile group is obviously higher than that of the other two groups.Atypical chest,CHF,cardiac shock,ventricular arrhythmia and mortality of senile are higher than those of the other two groups.Conclusion There are significantly difference between senile group and the other two ones.The clinical manifestations of senile AMI are atypical,both complications and mortality are higher than those of the other two ones.
