秦山核电站蒸汽发生器一次侧的有限元应力分析

摘要 针对国产30万千瓦核电站的蒸汽发生器一次侧这一复杂部件进行了三维有限元的应力分析,特别是对接管等结构不连续部位进行了细致的分析,从而得到各部位的最大主应力分布曲线。在有限元分析中采用疏密网格进行二次计算。它是一种有效、经济、快捷的方法,从而避免了结构庞大,网格巨细,费时费力或结构过于简化,失去模型正确性的缺点。 This paper presents the results of stress analysis for the primary part of PWR steam generator, especially the non- continual parts by a tridimensional finite element method. The maximum main stress curves of the important sections are gained. It is an effective method in the finite element analysis to use the rare or close networks for calculation twice, which can help to remove such disadvantages as the gigantism of structure, close networks and too much time and labour needed. On the other hand, the model is complicated enough to reflect the real structures correctly.
