研究了用物理共混法制备吸水膨胀橡塑材料的一些特性 ,对在不同CPE/SBR配比下吸水膨胀橡塑材料的吸水性能和力学性能及其影响因素进行了研究。根据不同的工艺参数 ,对产品性能进行测试 ,选择最佳配方 。

The development research and application of water swelling rubber-plastic materials were discussed systematically in this paper.The character of preparing these materials by physical mixing method was studied especially at the different proportion of CPE/SBR,the water-absorbing and mechanical properties.as well as affecting facts.The test was made according to the different industrial data and the best recipes was selected .The water swelling rubber-plastic materials with excellent properties were made and was widely used in factories.
