摘要
研究了联二脲氯酸盐氧化制备AC发泡剂的反应规律。在反应温度30~45℃、酸浓度8~12%、催化剂用量0.1~0.3%范围内考察了联二脲的转化率、AC收率与反应时间的关系,并通过数学回归得到在上述条件下联二脲氧化反应的动力学方程。
The oxidation reaction of biurea by chlorate for the preparation of blowing agent AC was studied. The influences of reaction time on the conversion of biurea and the yield of AC were investigated in the temperature range of 30-45℃, with an acid concentration of 8-12%, and the quantity of catalyst of 0. 1-0. 3%. The kinetic equation of oxidation reaction of biurea was obtained by mathematical regression.
