摘要 目的 探讨HCG注射日卵泡直径、子宫内膜厚度及类型与妊娠的关系。方法 分析 178例采用治疗周期而成功妊娠患者HCG注射日阴道B超监测的优势卵泡直径、子宫内膜厚度及类型。结果  178例患者优势卵泡直径均在 17~2 3mm范围内 ,直径为 18~ 2 2mm者 93 3% ,与直径为 17mm、2 3mm者比较均具显著性意义 (P <0 0 1) ;子宫内膜厚度均在7 5~ 13 5mm范围内 ,其中厚度为 9 0~ 12 0mm者 88 2 % ,与厚度为 7 5~ 8 5mm、12 5~ 13 5mm者比较均具显著性意义(P <0 0 1) ;子宫内膜呈A型者 10 9例 (6 1 2 % )、B型者 6 6例 (37 1% ) ,与C型者比较均具显著性意义 (P <0 0 1) ;且A型显著高于B型 (P <0 0 1) ;优势卵泡直径在 18~ 2 2mm、子宫内膜厚度在 9 0~ 12 0mm及超声类型呈A型者占 5 9 6 %。结论 注射HCG日优势卵泡直径、子宫内膜厚度及类型对预测治疗周期妊娠机会具有重要意义 ,优势卵泡直径达 18~ 2 2mm时提示卵泡成熟 ,子宫内膜厚度在 9 0~ 12 0mm及超声类型呈A型者更有利于胚胎着床。 Objective: To study the relationship between folliclar diameter and endometrial thickness and pattern on the day of HCG administration with pregnancy. Methods: The study groups included 178 cases who received ovarian stimulation cycle and succeeded to be pregnant. We reviewed the leading folliclar diameter and the endometrial thickness and pattern which were detected by transvaginal sonography on the day of HCG administration. Results: In 178 cases, the leading folliclar diameter were all in 17~23mm, there were 93 3% in 18~22mm, significantly higher than in 17mm and 23mm(P<0 01); the endometrial thickness were all in 7 5~13 5mm, there were 88 2% in 9 0~12 0mm, significantly higher than in 7 5~8 5mm and 12 5~13 5mm(P<0 01); the cases with pattern A and pattern B were 109(61 2%) and 66(37 1%) respectively, significantly more than with pattern C(P<0 01), while the cases with pattern A were significantly more than with pattern B(P<0 01); there were 59 6% with the leading folliclar diameter in 18~22mm and with the endometrial thickness in 9 0~12 0mm and pattern A. Conclusion: The leading folliclar diameter and the endometrial thickness and pattern on the day of HCG administration are important in prediction of pregnant possibility. The leading folliclar diameter in 18~22mm indicates that the follicle is mature, the endometrial thickness in 9 0~12 0mm and pattern A are helpful for embryo implantation.
