入世将带来卫生投资热 ,无疑会推动护理事业的发展 ,护理服务管理要面临护理服务产业化和多元化问题。新兴的护理机构尤其是独立的护理机构的出现 ,打破了现有的护理体制 ,国家护理管理部门将从机构的设立、职责、质量标准等多方面进行规范 ,以保证良好的服务秩序和服务质量 ;原有的护理机构必须加强人力资源的管理和护理经济管理 。

The novel and independent nursing administration organization build up that different from the old organization. It's necessary that national nursing administration organization establish some rules including organization construction and standard to guarantee nursing quality and order. Old nursing organization must renovate the rule of health care so as to compete with others effectively in medical market.
