摘要
目的 观察用碘化油行肝动脉栓塞对集束电极射频热毁损治疗 (RFA)肝癌疗效的影响。方法 将行碘化油肝动脉栓塞治疗者 (A组 )及未行碘化油肝动脉栓塞治疗者 (B组 )行集束电极治疗后的各种效应指数进行分析。结果 A组的治疗时间 9± 2 .1m in,坏死直径 5 .3± 1.4 cm;B组的治疗时间为 16± 4 .6 min,坏死直径 3.5± 1.8cm(均 P<0 .0 1)。
Objective To observe the effect of iodized oil for radiofrequency thermal ablation(RFA) of hepatic neoplasms by using a cluster array of ten separate electrodes.Methods Clinic patients divided into 2 groups,group A transcatheter hepatic artery embolization,group B didn't transcatheter hepatic artery embolization,and all radiofrequency ablation of hepatic neoplasms.Result The time of RFA to group A was 9±2.1 minutes,the diameter of necrosiswas 5.3±1.4cm,the time of RFA to group B was16±4.6 minutes,the diameter of necrosis was 3.5±1.8cm( P <0.01).Conclusions These findings suggest that radiofrequency thermal ablation of hepatic neoplasms with transcatheter hepatic artery embolization using iodized oil might have safetyand synergic effect.
