摘要
〔目的〕探讨正常人血浆、红细胞中铁、铜、锌、钙、镁、锰含量的关系。〔方法〕血样经分离、消化后 ,用岛津-680型原子吸收分光光度计 ,检测血浆、红细胞中六种元素的含量。〔结果〕六种元素在血浆、红细胞中的含量是不同的 ,与国外文献参考值基本一致。〔结论〕六种元素在血浆、红细胞中的含量无相关性。各元素在正常人体内的分布是比较固定的 ,可用元素分布的变化来探讨元素与疾病的关系。
