摘要 活性氧基团引起的氧化损伤在许多慢性疾病中起着重要作用 ,8-羟基脱氧鸟苷 (8-hydroxy -2’ -deox yguanine ,8-OHdG)是DNA氧化损伤的修饰产物之一 ,可以通过高灵敏度 ,高选择性的检测手段来检测 ,目前已成为DNA氧化损伤中最常采用的生物标志物 (Biomarker)。本文主要介绍其来源。 Oxidative damage from reactive oxygen species including free radicals has been considered to play a vital role in many degenerative diseases. 8-hydroxy-2-deoryguanosine (8-OHdC) has been a biomarker for oxidative DNA damage. This paper introduces the source, detecting method and application of 8-OHdC.
