复方栝楼胶囊对兔血脂、氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白和脂质过氧化作用的影响

The lnfluence of Trichosanthes Kirilowii compound capsule on blood-lipids,oxLDL and the lipid peroxidized

〔目的〕研究复方栝楼胶囊对兔血脂 ,oxLDL、SOD和MDA的影响。〔方法〕采用高脂饮食饲喂法建立家兔HLP(高脂血症 )模型 ,测定各实验组兔血清中oxLDL、MDA、TG、TC、HDL -C、LDL -C的含量和SOD活性。〔结果〕复方栝楼胶囊 (大、小剂量 )组SOD活性升高 ,MDA、oxLDL和LDL -C下降 ,与模型组比较有显著差异。〔结论〕复方栝楼胶囊能提高机体抗氧化能力 ,抑制脂质过氧化反应及LDL的氧化修饰。

ObjectiveTo study the influence of trichosanthes kirilowii compound capsule on oxLDL, SOD and MDA in Rabbit-serum.〔Methods〕Set HLP model of Rabbit by high-lipid diet,to measure the content of oxLDL, MDA, TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C and activity of SOD in Rabbit-serum of each experiment group.〔Results〕As compared with the model,it has remarkable difference that the activity of SOD,has rised,the content of MDA, oxLDL and LDL-C has reduced in the trichosanthes kirilowii kompound capsule. 〔Conclusion〕trichosanthes kirilowii compound capsule can raise the antioxidated activity of the body, restrain the lipids peroxidized and LDL’S oxidated and modified.
