摘要
本文使用微波消解技术 ,在加热、加压的条件下 ,用硝酸和过氧化氢分解发样 ,由于酸的氧化及活性增加 ,可使发样在短时间内被消解 ,其消解后的样品检测限、回收率及精密度均能满足人发的检测要求 。
The method of this paper is under the condition of high temperature and pressure decomposing human hair by HNO 3 and H 2O 2 with the microwave decomposition and testing technology.While the activity of acid and oxidizing increasing,the human hair can be decomposed in short time The minimum determination limit,recovery and accuracy all can satisfy the normal determination So this method can be used for the normal determination of human hair
