纸片法检测大肠菌群结果判断的实验研究

探讨纸片法检测大肠菌群的结果判断标准。对餐 (饮 )具消毒效果监测的大肠菌群检测纸片状况进行详细记录后 ,将纸片以无菌操作转入单料乳糖胆盐发酵管中 ,用发酵法来证实其大肠菌群的阴阳性。按GB14 93 4-94[1 ] 判断纸片法大肠菌群的阴阳性 ,其灵敏度为 73 .6% ,特异度为 98.8% ;若按作者提出的标准进行判断 ,其灵敏度为 98.2 % ,特异度为 89.8%。二者比较灵敏度有显著性差异。消毒剂的残留可能是导致结果判断出偏差的主要原因。建议完善纸片法测大肠菌群的判断标准 ,以便更准确地反映大肠菌群的真实情况。

The standard for the results of determination of coliform group by slip method was studied. The results of determination of coliform group on dinner and drinking set by slip method were rcorded, then put the slips into lactose bile salts broth tubes, to confirm the results correct or not. According to the judgment standard of GB 14934-94, the sensitivity and specificity of the slip method were 73.6% and 98.8% respectively, and according to that put forward by the author, they were 98.2% and 89.8%. The difference in the sensitivities was significant, which may be caused by disinfectant remaining. Meanwhile the difference shows that the judgment standard of determination of coliform group by slip method be perfected more.
