全国口岸首次检出致病性大肠埃希菌O26

Detection of pathogenic E.coil O26 at the port for the first time in China

采用快速、准确地分离鉴定方法 ,从一批可疑进口冻墨鱼中分离出致病性大肠埃希菌O2 6,并对该菌的形态及生化等特性进行研究。该菌在国内口岸属于首次检出 ,并且得到了局领导的高度重视。最后该批冻墨鱼被彻底销毁 ,消除了疫性隐患 ,确保了卫生安全。

A rapid and accurate method for isolation and identification was used to successfully detect pathogenic E. coil O26 from a batch of imported iced inKfish. Meanwhile, the morphology and biochemical features of the bacterium were studied. The bacterium was detected at the port for the first time in China. Finally, this batch of imported iced inkfish was removed to ensure the sanitary safety.
