建立蔬果洗涤剂对农药残留去除率测定方法。用浸泡法和喷洒法分别沾污青菜 ,经处理后 ,再用气相色谱法测出农药残留。经统计学处理 ,两种方法无显著性差异。〔结论〕浸泡法比较简单 ,易于操作 ,可用于评价各类厨房用洗涤剂去除农药的效果。

To establish a method for determining removal rate of pesticide residues by vegetable and fruit detergents.Vegetables were contaminated by pesticides through soaking and spraying,respectiveiy,Then the pesticide residues were determined by gas chromatography.There was no significant difference between the two methods, The method of soaking is simple and easy to operate. Therefore, it can be used to evaluate the removal effects of household detergents on pesticide residues.
