角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的疗效观察(附100例报告)

Limbus corneoscleral stem cell transplantation in treating pterygium:with a report of 100 cases

目的 :评估角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法 :对 10 0眼行翼状胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术 ,术后随访半年以上 ,与既往行翼状胬肉切除联合带蒂球结膜转移术的 10 0眼对照。结果 :实验组治愈 85例 ,好转 10例 ,复发 5例。对照组治愈 70例 ,好转 2 2例 ,复发 8例 ,2组差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :角膜缘干细胞移植可提高手术疗效。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of limbus corneoscleral stem cells transplantation on pterygium. Method:100 eyes were performed pterygium resection and limbus corneoscleral stem cells transplantation ,observed over 6 months ,and were contrasted with other 100 eyes that were performed by pterygium resection and pediculate bulbar conjunctiva transplantation.Results :In treatment group , 85 eyes were cured ,10 eyes improved , 5 eyes were recrudesced . In the 100 contrasted eyes ,the corresponding figures were 70 ,22 and 8 respectively.The effect of the treatment group was much better than that of the control one. The differences was significant (P<0.05) . Conclusion: The effect can be improved evidently by applying limbus corneoscleral stem cells transplantation.
