摘要
本文以2105 A型柴油机为例,探讨了柴油机工作状态下气缸壁间隙不同时所引起的机体振动信号。根据不同的振动加速度功率谱,可以诊断出气缸壁间隙值以确定柴油机是否需要修理。
Taking the 2105A model diesel engine as an example, this paper investigates the vibration signal of running engine surface caused by the different cylinder clearance. From the differences of the vibration acceleration signal power spectrum, the cylinder clearance can be diagnosed, so that whether the engine may be repaired or not can be determined.
