摘要
结合医院实际,探讨如何培养高学历人员的临床能力,实现由“高学历人员”到“高学历人才’的转变。着重介绍了该院的具体措施:①固本强基,知行合一:通过强化“三基”培训,提高基本技能;加强专人带教,提高独立操作能力;加大综合考核力度,强化临床能力的政策导向。②营造环境,搭建平台:营造利于临床创新的软硬件环境;完善利于临床创新的激励机制;搭建利于临床创新的支撑平台。③专博兼顾,多元复合:着力培养立体交叉式的知识结构;不断完善多元复合式的能力结构;大力提高人文与科技交融式的综合素质。
In light of the actual situation of the hospital he works with, the author discusses ways of fostering the clinical abilities of personnel with high academic degrees so as to turn them into talents with high academic degrees. The specific measures adopted by the hospital include: ① improving basie skills by intensifying training in 'three basics', enhancing capabilities for independent operations by stepping up individual guidance, and strengthen-ing the guidance of policies regarding clinical abilities by expanding the scope of comprehensive assessment;②creating an environment both in hardware and software that is favorable to clinkal innovations, creating an excitation mech-anism favorable to clinical innovations, and setting up a supporting platform favorable to chnical innovations; ③striv-ing for the cultivation of a grade separation knowledge structure, constantly improving a multiple ability structure, and vigorously enhancing general qualities marked by knowledge of humanities blended with knowledge of science and technology.
