摘要
选乳用三品杂水牛11头,依乳头括约肌紧张度分高组(5头)和低组(6头).用 JN-1型移动式挤奶机,以真空度(V)450,480,500mmHg×脉动频率(P)60,70,90c/min×奶杯组(2.85kg)加重(C)0,1,2kg,共27个组合进行交叉试验.结果表明,高组和低组机挤效率最佳的组合为:机器挤奶耗时V_(500)P_(90)C_2(3.83±1.6min)和 V_(500)P_(60)C_2(3.13±0.9min),平均挤奶速率V_(500)P_(90)C_2(0.97±0.3kg/min)和V_(500)P_(90)C_2(1.16±0.25kg/min),最高挤奶速率 V_(500)P_(90)C_2(1.28±0.40kg/min)和 V_(500)P_(90)C_2(1.72±0.33kg/min),余奶比例 V_(500)P_(90)C_2(3.54+1.03%)和 V_(500)P_(90)C_1(2.86+1.44%).对机器挤奶效率的影响,高、低组均为 C>V>P.
Movable milker JN-1 was used in this experiment.11 thribed milking water buffaloes dividedinto 5 high(H)and 6 low(L)groups according to the tension of teat sphincter were used to receive 27 treat-ments that involved three factors with three levels each.Factors and their levels were the vacuum levels(V):450,480 and 500 mmHg,pulsation rates(P):60,70 and 90 c/min and increases in cluster weight(C):0,1 and 2kg.It was found that V_(500)P_(60)C_2 and V_500P_60C_2,with milking time of 3.83±1.6 and 3.13±0.9min,were the best among 27 combinations for high and low groups respectively.Average milk flow ratesof the high and low groups were 0.97±0.30 and 1.16±0.25kg/min respectively.The maximum milk flowrates(1.28±0.40 and 1.72±0.33kg/rain respectively)were recorded in the combinations of V_(500)P_(90)C_2(H)andV_500p_70c_2(L),with the least residual milk(3.50±1.03 and 2.86±1.14% respectively).The first place weretaken by V_500p_60C_2(H)and V_(500)p_(60)C_2(L).Three factors that effected on milking efficiency were C>V>P.
