小地老虎精子发生和形成的定量分析 被引量:6

摘要 采用改进的孚尔根涂片法,对小地老虎睾丸中各级真核-无核生精囊和精子束进行系统的计数测定,以此分析精子的二歧发生和形成过程,追踪各级生精囊和精子束的起止时间,推算出它们的发育历期。真核精子发生过程主要在6龄幼虫末期和蛹期完成;无核精子的发生则起始于蛹期.每个真核初级精母细胞囊发育成为一真核精子束历时约15天,而无核精母细胞发育成为无核精子束,历时仅7.5天左右。真核精子与无核精子分别占23.75%和76.25%。 Spermatogenesis and spermiogenesis of Agrotis ypsilon were stutied with the modified Feulgensmear method.Eupyrene and apyrene sperm cyst and sperm bundle were quantitatively analysised at variousstages in tests.Different spermatogenesis and spermiogenesis periods were figured out.The eupyrene andapyrene lasted 15 and 7.5 days respectively.The former finished in pupa and the later in pre andpost-pupation.Each male adult produces 1.3 and 4.2 million sperms of eupyrene and apyrene respectively.
