B超引导下孕中期多胎妊娠异常胎儿减胎术临床分析

Study on selective fetocide to abnormal fetus of multiple pregnancy in the second trimester under the guidance of ultrasound.

目的 总结B超引导下孕中期多胎妊娠异常胎儿减胎术的穿刺要点及注意事项。方法 B超引导下对 6例孕中期的多胎妊娠中异常胎儿心内注入 10 %氯化钾进行选择性减胎。结果 6例异常胎儿均减胎成功 ,所有孕妇术后均无子宫收缩、阴道流血及流水。结论 在多胎妊娠一胎异常时 ,B超引导下孕中期选择性减胎术是一种安全、简便、有效的方法。

Objective: To summary the main points and attention for selective fetocide to abnormal fetuses in multiple pregnancy in the second trimester. Method: The selective fetocide to abnormal fetus was preformed in 6 cases of multiple pregnancy. 10% Potassium Chloride was injected in the Cardiac chamber of the abnormal fetuses. Result: Fetocide was successful in all 6 cases. There were no uterine contraction, vaginal bleeding and vaginal discharge after operation. Conclusion: In the second trimester the selective fetocide to abnormal fetus under the guidance of ultrasound is a method of safe, convenience and effect for treating the abnormal fetus in multiple pregnancy.
