摘要
1982年以来,围绕南方大豆育种目标,对8000份以上南方大豆种质资源进行了特异种质鉴定、遗传与改良研究。鉴定的性状有生育期对光温反应钝感、抗大豆花叶病毒、抗豆秆黑潜蝇、耐旱、耐早春出苗期低温、高蛋白质含量、高油分含量、长花序、雄性核不育和芽黄等。对上述特异种质资源的研究结果进行了扼要报道,还介绍了茸毛色及结荚习性近等基因系的选育工作.
Since 1982,studies were made on more than 8000 gene resources from South-ern China for the specific breeding purposes,i.e.insensitivity of response of growth period tophotoperiod and temperature,resistance to soybean mosaic virus,resistance to soybeanagromyzid fly,tolerance to drought,tolerance to coldness during germination andemergence in early spring,high protein content,high oil content,long terminalinflorescence on main stem, nuclear male sterility and yellowish young leaves.The results ofidentification,inheritance and breeding progress of the specific gene resources were brieflyreported in this paper.In addition,the work on breeding for near isolines for pubescencecolor and stem termination was also mentioned.
