摘要
对女峰等4个草莓品种的花药培养的适宜培养基及激素条件进行了研究,不定芽可由花药直接诱导产生,但大部分是经一次培养由愈伤组织形成植株的.镜检结果表明,其单倍体植株仅占花培株的5.7%.染色体为56的花培株,经脱毒鉴定有94%的植株脱除了斑驳病毒(SMOV)、脉结病毒(SVBV)、轻黄边病毒(SMYEV)和皱叶病毒(SCrV).
Optimum culture medium and hormone conditions were studied on 4 varieties ofstrawberry.Adventitious buds could be induced from anther culture direetly,but most of theplantlets were regenerated From callus by one-step culture.Among those plantlets,5.7% werehaploids,and 94% of plantlets with 56 chromosomes were identified to be free of strawberrymottle virus(SMOV),strawberry veinbanding virus(SVBV),strawberry mild yellow adge vi-rus(SMYEV) and strawberry crinkle virus(SCrV).
