豌豆品种对豌豆种传花叶病毒抗性的评价 被引量:1

EVALUATION STUDIES ON THE RESISTANCE TO PEA CULTIVARS TO PEA SEEDBORNE MOSAIC VIRUS INFECTION

摘要 在温室条件下比较了25个豌豆品种对豌豆种传花叶病毒的抗性,根(?)病株的矮化程度和病株体内病毒浓度高低来判断,机收类品种的抗性高于罐装类(蔓性品种)和食荚类品种,在17个机收类品种中,抗性表现为连续分化的差异.食荚类和罐装类品种的抗性比较一致.种植历史久的品种 Maro 和 Progrcta 最感病.比较了20个品种种传病毒的高低,3个大粒种(机收类)病株上的种了不传病毒,其他品种的种传率较高,达10%~74%. The resistance of 25 pea cultivars to PSbMV infection was cvaluatcd in the glasshouse.Allcultivars were found to be suseeptible and,based on height reduction and virus titer,combining peacultivars were judged to be less suseeptible than edible-podded pea and vining pea cultivars.In the subse-quent experiments evaluating the levels of seed transmission in 20 cultivars,4 marrow fat combiningcultivars were found to be highty resistant to PSbMV seed transmission(ranged from 0~2%).The othercultivars showed varying levels of transmission,ranging from about 10%~80%.
