粮糖兼用高梁开发利用及其在农业生态系统中的地位评价

摘要 选用粮糖兼用高粱 Tx623×1022、Tx623×2421和甜杂2号品种(组合),以粒用高粱作对照,在皖北进行田间试验,结果表明3个粮糖兼用高梁的生物产量比粒用高粱分别增产94.4%,87.9%,和55.5%;籽粒产量 Tx623×1022减产16.1%,其余2个增产13.3%和16.6%。茎秆榨汁制成50°Bx 糖浆,Tx623×1022、Tx623×2421和甜杂2号分别可产442.26,310.90和371.97kg/mu,而且叶和茎渣还可作饲料及其它原料。种植粮糖兼用高粱既能确保粮食产量,又能促进农村工副业和饲养业的发展,提高农业生态系统的经济效益、社会效益和生态效益。 Three varieties(combination)of grain and sugar sorghum,Tx623x×022,Tx623×2421 and hybrid sweet sorghum No.2,were used to conduct field test in northern Anhui.The resultsshowed that the biological yields of the three varieties(combination)increased by 94.4%,87.9%,and 55.5% respectively as compared with that of grain sorghum(CK),the grain yield of Tx623×1022 decreased by 16.1% while the others were increased by 13.3% and 16.6%.Juice squeezed fromstalks of Tx623×1022,Tx623×2421 and hybrid sweet sorghum No.2 could produce 442.26,310.90 and371.97kg/mu of 50 Bx syrup respcctively.Besides,leaves and stalk residues of them could still be used asforage or other materials.Therefore,planting grain and sugar sorghum not only produced stable yields ofgrains,but also promoted the development of rural off-farm and livestock enterprises,at the same time in-creased the economic,social and ecological benifits of agroecosystem.
