小地老虎的真核和无核精子在生殖道中的后期变化 被引量:6

摘要 通过电镜和光镜观察,追踪了小地老虎的真核和无核精子(束)在雄蛾和雌蛾的生殖道中发生的一系列后期变化.结果表明:真核精子在雄蛾贮精囊和复射精管中仍以精子束形式存在,但片层外长物全部消失;在雌蛾的受精囊中,其本体结构则从外套中脱壳“孵化”出来。无核精子在贮精囊中形成外套,在受精副囊中的无核精子绝大多数被分解.作者推论:大量的无核精子伴随着真核精子,对于真核精子的移动、营养、存活乃至最终的受精作用,都起着至关重要的作用。 1.In seminal vesicles,eupyrene sperm still exists in the form of bundle,its laeinate ap-pendages disappear and reticular appendage is reserved,while apyrene sperm bundles have become loose.About 37% eupyrene bundles become loose and then degenerate,especially those released from testis duringlate pupa period.2.Processed eupyrene bundles and apyrene sperms are stored in ejaculatory duplex ducts.From1-day-old moth,about 322 eupyrene bundles per male fill into the duplex region every day.3.In the spermatheca of inseminated female moth,eupyrene sperm should“hatch”from the crust ofextracellular material before fertilizing the egg.While apyrene sperms in the lagcna region of spcrmathccahave their intacet structure and may be involved in the secrction of some granulous material;most ofapyrene sperms in the utriculus have already lysised.4.It is suggested that a large amount of apyrene sperms produced by lepidopteran insect are the motilenurse cells of eupyrene sperm and play some important role in the movement,nutrition and fertilization ofeupyrene sperm.
