乙肝患者前S1蛋白、HBV DNA检测结果的评价

EVALUATION OF THE DETECTION ON HBV PRE S1 AND HBV DNA

目的 :探讨乙型肝炎前 S1蛋白、 HBV DNA检测的实际意义。方法 :采用 EL ISA法检测 HBs Ag、 HBs Ab、HBe Ag、 HBe Ab、HBc Ab、前 S1蛋白 ,采用 PCR法检测 HBV DNA。结果 :乙型肝炎患者前 S1蛋白对 HBs Ag、HBe Ag、HBe Ab和 HBc Ab阳性的检出率分别是 2 4 .1% ,2 9.4 % ,14 .4 %和 2 0 .6 % ,而 HBV DNA的检出率分别是 5 6 .7% ,10 0 % ,12 .4 %和 4 8.5 % ;HBs Ag/ HBe Ag/ HBc Ab均阳性的高复制组中 ,前 S1蛋白阳性占 2 9.4 % ,HBV DNA阳性占 10 0 % ;HBs Ag/HBe Ab/ ABc Ab均阳性的低复制组中 ,前 S1蛋白阳性占 19.2 % ,HBV DNA阳性占 16 .4 % ;HBs Ab/ HBe Ab/ HBc Ab均阳性的康复组中 ,前 S1蛋白和 HBV DNA均为阴性。结论 :HBV DNA与乙型肝炎的复制状态极为密切 ,乙型肝炎患者前 S1蛋白对乙型肝炎患者检出能力较低。

Objective:To explore the significance of detecting HBV pre S1 and HBV DNA.Methods:The levels of HBsAg?HBsAb?HBeAg?HBeAb?HBcAb and pre S1 were observed with ELISA.The HBV DNA was amplified with PCR.Results:The positive rates of pre S1 to HBsAg?HBeAg?HBeAb and HBcAb were 24.1%,29.4%,14.4% and 20.6%,respectively.In HBV cases,and the HBV DNAs are 56.7%,100%,12.4% and 48.5%,respectively.In the high duplication group,the pre S1s rate was 29.4%,the HBV DNAs was 100%.In the low duplication group,the pre S1s and HBV DNAs were 19.2% and 16.4%,respectively.In the control group,pre S1 and HBV DNA were all negative.Conclusions:Theres significant relevent of HBV DNA and the degree of HBV duplication.The detection power of pre S1 in HBV cases is low.
