摘要
目的 :探讨病态窦房结综合征 (病窦 )伴阵发性房颤的抗房颤起搏治疗效果。方法 :对 9例病窦伴阵发性房颤患者安装Vitatron 90 0 (E)AF2 .0起搏器 ,采用起搏器内的自动信息储存记忆功能比较起搏器植入后抗房颤起搏后房颤发生次数和持续时间的情况 ;以多普勒超声心动图为指标 ,比较起搏器植入后 1年对房室腔大小和左室壁厚度的影响。结果 :抗房颤起搏治疗后 ,平均每天房颤发作次数和房颤发作总时间明显减少 (P <0 .0 1) ,单次房颤发作最长时间缩短 (P <0 .0 1) ;植入后 1年左房内径、左室舒张末期内径减小 (P <0 .0 1) ,左室后壁厚度减小 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,EF升高(P <0 .0 1)。结论 :Vitatron 90 0 (E)AF2 .0对病窦患者能有效地预防房颤的发作 。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of anti-atrial fibrillation with Vitatron 900(E) AF2.0 implanted pacemaker in patients of sick sinus syndrome with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.Methods:9 cases were implanted with Vitatron 900(E) AF2.0 pacemakers. Doppler echocardiography was used to compare the changes of the dimension of atrial and ventricular chambers before and 12 months after the implantation. The variation of times and duration of atrial fibrillation episodes was obtained by the auto-message preserved system inside the pacemaker.Results:Compared with no anti-atrial fibrillation pacing, the times and duration of episodes of atrial fibrillation per day were decreased significantly after anti-atrial fibrillation pacing (P<0.01); left atrial diameter and left ventricular diastolic end diameter were decreased (P<0.01);left ventricular posterior wall thickness was also decreased (P<0.05); left ventricular ejection fraction was improved significantly 12 months after the implatation (P<0.01). Conclusions:Vitatron 900(E) AF2.0 pacemaker not only plays an physiological pacing role but also effectively reduces the episodes of atrial fibrillation and attenuates the remodeling of myocardium.
