癌基因与涎腺多形性腺瘤相关性研究

Association of c-erbB-2,H-ras,p53 and bcl-2 oncogene with pleomorphic adenoma

目的 探讨涎腺多形性腺瘤与c -erbB - 2 ,H -ras,p5 3和bcl- 2基因的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学染色和HE染色观察 2 1例多形性腺瘤和 2 4例恶性多形性腺瘤癌基因c -erbB - 2 ,H -ras,p5 3和bcl- 2表达情况 ,分析c -erbB - 2 ,H-ras,p5 3和bcl- 2基因与涎腺多形性腺瘤的相关性。结果 c -erbB - 2与p5 3和bcl- 2基因呈正相关 (P <0 0 5 ) ,p5 3与bcl- 2基因呈正相关 (P <0 0 5 ) ,多元回归分析结果表明 ,用c -erbB - 2 ,H -ras,p5 3和bcl- 2基因对涎腺多形性腺瘤进行判别 ,bcl- 2基因意义最显著。结论 涎腺多形性腺瘤是多种癌基因共同作用的结果 ,c-erbB - 2 ,H -ras ,p5 3和bcl-

Objective To explore the relationship between c-erbB-2,H-ras,p53 and bcl-2 genes with pleomorphic adenoma.Methods c-erbB-2,H-ras,p53 and bcl-2 were detected by immunohistochemical staining in 21 patients with pleomorphic adenoma and 24 patients with malignant pleomorphic adenoma.Results c-erbB-2 was correlated with p53,and bcl-2 (P<0.05),and p53 was correlated with bcl-2 (P<0.05).multiple regression analysis showed that bcl-2 gene plays an important role in pleomorphic adenoma.Conclusions Several onco genes jointly cause salivary gland tumors.Examination of c-erbB-2,H-ras,p53 and bcl-2 is useful for distinguishing benign and malignant salivary gland tumors.
