糖尿病相关的主要酶靶及其治疗药

Target enzyme for diabetes and antidiabetic agents

酶功能的紊乱在糖尿病的发生、发展过程中占有重要地位。综述了近年来与糖尿病关系较为密切的酶 ,包括α 葡萄糖苷酶、醛糖还原酶、一氧化氮合酶、血管紧张素转换酶、肉碱脂酰转移酶Ⅰ和Ⅱ、蛋白激酶C、二肽基肽酶Ⅳ、蛋白酪氨酸激酶、蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶 ,并介绍了以这些酶为作用靶点的药物开发研制情况。

Enzyme function disorder plays an important part in the occurrence and development of diabetes mellitus.Enzymes closely related to diabetes,including α-glucosidase,aldose reductase,nitric oxide synthetase,dipeptoidase,angiotensin converting enzyme,carnitine-acyl transferase,DPPIV,protein kinase C,protein tyrosine kinase and protein tyrosine phosphatse as well as their reaction target are reviewed in this paper.
