深圳市部分公务员糖代谢异常及相关疾病流行病学研究

An Epidemiological Investigation of Diabetes and Its Relative Disease in Civil Servant in Shenzhen

目的 了解深圳市部分公务员糖尿病 (DM)、空腹血糖异常并葡萄糖耐量减低 (IFG+IGT)的患病率 ,探讨其与性别、年龄、血压、血脂、体重等的关系。 方法 对 2 0 0 2年 6月在本院进行健康体检的 2 84 7名公务员进行 DM、IFG+IGT流行病学调查。 结果 1) DM患病率 4 % ,其中男 4 .9% ,女 3.0 % ,IFG+IGT患病率为 2 .4 % ,其中男 3.7% ,女 1.0 %。 2 ) DM、IFG+IGT患病率随年龄增加而增长 ,尤以 5 0岁以后增加显著。 3)超重和肥胖、高血压、家族史阳性者 DM、IFG+IGT患病率较正常人群增高。 4 ) DM、IFG+IGT患者高血脂、高尿酸血症、脂肪肝及冠心病患病率较正常血糖组高。 结论 深圳市部分公务员 DM患病率高于 1996年全国普查水平 ,与人口老龄化、肥胖、高血压以及遗传因素有关 ,公务员中男性患病率增高 ,应受到重视。DM、IFG+IGT患者易并发高血压、冠心病、脂代谢紊乱及尿酸异常 ,在防治 DM。

Objective To investigate the prevalence of DM and IFG+IGT in civil servants in Shenzhen,and analyse the association of different age, sex, blood pressure, weight, lipidemin and DM FHx with it. Methods To investigate the epidemic status of DM and IFG+IGT in 2847 civil servants, who were checked -up in our hospital in 2002. Result 1) The prevalence of DM is 4%, that of male is 4.9% and of female is 3.0%. The prevalence of IFG+IGT is 2.4%, that of male is 3.7% and of female is 1.0%. 2) The prevalence of DM and IFG+IGT increased with age, they both increased significantly after 50 years old. 3) The civil servants who are with obesity, high blood pressure or DM FHx have high prevalence of DM. 4) Patients with DM or IFG+IGT have higher prevalence of hyperlipidemia, hyperuricemia, coronary heart disease and fatty liver than nomal glucose group. Conclusion The prevalence of DM is higher than the national epidemic status investigested in 1996. DM and IFG+IGT prevalence in male in civil servants of Shenzhen is higher than that of female, and increases with age. Obesity, high blood pressure, DM FHx are important risk factors and these populations should be mostly concerned. The patients with DM or IFG+IGT have high prevalence of high blood pressure, hyperlipidemia, fatty liver and coronary heart disease. We should treat DM complications actively while controlling DM and IFG+IGT.
